Please read the following general terms & conditions very carefully
Please note on accepting the place at nursery you will be asked to pay a deposit of either: £250.00 (1/2 days per week) or £450.00 (3-5 days). This can be paid by debit card or transferred directly to our bank account. Sorry, we are unable to accept cash payments.
This deposit is credited back to your account when your child leaves nursery.
For the first month your Nursery fees are to be paid by debit card (*see above). We accept payment for fees by card, online transfer or standing order (we can work out an average fee monthly so the same payment is made each month which can be adjusted if you change the number of sessions, or invoice is delivered showing the calculation of sessions accurately for that month). We also accept childcare vouchers.
We deliver our invoices on the 1st day of the month and request payment within 7 days. Please remember under the terms of contract full fees are still payable during holidays and sick leave. Please also note that we do still charge for Bank Holidays when the nursery is closed and you may want to consider this when children are coming into nursery part time.
A sibling allowance of 5% of the daily charge is made for a second child at the nursery.
There are no other hidden charges, we ask our parents to supply their own nappies and any optional extra-curricular activities are paid in cash and passed directly to the provider.
A late collection fee of £25.00 for every 15 minutes will be payable, at the time, for any late collection. This charge will be added to your account and will be settled via invoice.
We conduct our fee reviews in January of each year.
Please note we close early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve – plenty of notice will be given of exact closure times.
