Skip to content Mottingham Hall for children has an onsite farm with rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, and goats.
The children actively participate in looking after the animals, supported by our Farm Assistant, Emily. We believe in teaching children to care for the environment and living creatures. Having animals on-site helps children learn empathy, about life cycles, and how to assist with tasks like feeding and filling up their water.
Our families help out at the weekend with their children to look after the animals. This allows the children to show their family how much they know about caring for animals. It’s a great way to bond and learn together.
